Just reading the story of the lass with the B.V (whatever). I have heard of two people from Australia having this condition and both went to London for the special operation necessary as it is not availale here at the moment.

The two people who had the oeration were both in their early teens and it is a life-threatening problem. AND of course, very painful.

I too, now have no neck I keep calling myself ‘a no-necked monster’ as a bit of a joke. Particularly as when young I have a real neck…long, – I don’t know where MY neck has gone.

So far no doctor has even considered B.V..and I haven’t asked.
