Absolutely! Plus, it has helped in hiring appropriate people. When going over the pamphlet during interviews, if they indicate they have an issue with something in it, they don&#039;t get the job. It also helps during those uncomfortable situations when I need to fire someone. I can say, &quot;Look here. I have made it clear that this is not acceptable behavior yet you continue to do it. Therefor, I am letting you go. Buh-bye!&quot;]]></description>

That is a great idea, Jane! I have often thought about making a personalized manual for new people. Mine might end up becoming an illustrated guide in a big three ring binder if I did it. Haha! Do you find your pamphlet has helped with the communication?
