I agree with you. Probably Paralympic haven’t received the same interest from us because is not televise. Internet tv isn’t the same. 🙁 it’ll get better next year if we keep making noise. 😉

Marcy, I’m not that militant about how you want to call yourself. More concerned how you call me! 🙂
But it is amazing to me to see able bodied people not going to the gym then looking at these paralympic athletes compete in ways that make all of us go WOW! 🙂

It is interesting the lack of interest they receive. You would think, we would be just as interested in these athletes…if not MORE. After all I am fully-able person (right term?) who cant bother to go to the gym once a week. And these amazing people are COMPETING? They inspire us all….and we should pay attention.

I share your disappointment that the Paralympics are invisible here in the US. I tried to watch it streamed from a London TV channel, but I was blocked due to my “region.”

Please let us know if you find a way for people to watch this online. In the mean time, thanks for honoring the Paralympics athletes!
