The Audacity Magazine website receives article submissions through our online submission form from writers interested in having their articles published on our website. Article Photos
We ask that at least one photo is submitted along with an article. These photos must follow certain guidelines found on the submission page. We reserve the right to reject any included photos based on content or image quality.
The writer of the article must have full rights to the accompanying image(s), or have permission and the legal right to republish images in this manner. The writer is responsible for including any photo credit information that may be needed to fulfill the legal use of any images. Audacity Magazine is not liable for any erroneous photo information, or copyright violation on the images included with the article submissions. It is the responsibility of our writers to send us legal content.
If a violation has occurred, and the legitimate owner of the photo(s) in question would like their image(s) removed, the owner may email nathasha@audacitymagazine.com with proof of ownership and the image(s) will be removed upon request.
We also reserve the right to remove the author’s article from the Audacity Magazine website as our organization does not condone any of type of theft or copyright infringement.
